i had same problem too.My ProController looks right on switch but not on dolphin.

And solved this with BetterJoyForCemu.



Go here, download files in section of ’Nightly Builds’. 32-bit or 64-bit is depend on your operating system.

And read instruction in section of 'How to use' for installing files
instruction is under the Changelog.

Dolphin could realize ProController as XInput Gamepad, so select your device XInput gamepad not DInput one
After controller setteings my right stick works right.

You aren't the original poster but your right stick's right direction has been improperly mapped to Xr-+ instead of Xr+. This is the cause of the "misalignment". I assume the original poster has done something similar.

now i realized that problem caused by ini file controller setting. editting ini file is works too.
I think my first time controller setting goes wrong, so right stick keep tilted.
