It works fine in win 8.1. You're doing something wrong.

Some recommended configuration for mario kart?
OS: Windows 7 x64
CPU: i5 2500k @ 4 Ghz RAM: 4GB Gskill Pi Black DDR3 1600mhz GPU: Zotac 750ti 2GB HARD DRIVE: Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB + Caviar Green 2TB CONTROLLERS: 2 Wiimote (Motion Plus Integrated) / 2 Nunchuks 
Attempting to use this on Monster Hunter Tri , but i always get crash after i added the x64 dlls , if i dont use those game launches but no effects...maybe is it because im using configurator? i just wanna use mostly the Curves , Luma Sharpen and Vibrance ( and if possible smaa) any way around this?
using latest dolphin build 4.03247 , in D3D graphics (should it be openGL?) , and SweetFX Configurator :x EDIT: was able to make it work but using another method alongside another program (radeon pro it works with nvidia also) + sweet fx video explaining https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYbYdkYOWJ4 (not sure yet why it was crashing when using normal method O.o)

The same way as every other application. Extract the DLLs to the applications directory.
