SVN r 7582 doesn't start , it shows a error

This SVN and the lastest SVNs don't start, they show a error. They don't run. They need to be closed. What i do?

the application failed to boot properly (oxc0007). Click OK to close the application. I have the the visual studio 2010 installed, what is lacking?
