SVN 6698 no shake in NSMB

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me how to configure the emulated wiimote for this version in order to play New Super Mario Bros Wii as I am unable to perform the shake/spin action. I have tried both the keyboard setup and with my xbox 360 controller. The spin action works fine in Super Mario Galaxy games yet it doesn't with New Super Mario Bros Wii. I have attached my config that works with the Mario Galaxy but not Super Mario Bros Wii. Please help!!!!!

Map your "Button X" to Shake Y and Z as well as Shake X.

The million dollar question I'm trying to figure out now as well....nothing registers for shake on my end with my xbox 360 controller.
