Supercard dstwo problem to boot on 3ds

i have a problem with booting up my supercard dstwo on the 3ds, i followed a setup tutorial via youtube, here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rkp0Lv9tVo4
, but i cant boot it up and get the following message with a black screen appears after the alex rider icon:
An error has occured. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off.
Please refer to the Operations manual for details.

I also have the latest firmware available that i could find online on this homepage.

Now do i have to start up my supercard DSTWO from a ds or ds light and after that restart it on the 3ds Xl or ist there an other problem?


I already posted a thread at the official dstwo forum but no one has replied yet.
So can anyone of you guys help me pls, every help is appreciated.

now i also tried it out on my sisters 2ds whose has a much older version and everytime i turn off the 2ds it says: connot display the software on the SD Card. The SD Card could not be accesse. So is this a problem of the sd card now?

thread can be closed guys, i already solved the problem, i just had to boot it up and then update it on an usual nintendo ds, now it works very well on my 3ds xl...
