Quote:i have an core 2 dup 1.8 ati hd 4450 4 gb RAM and it runs perfect dude ...
Perfect ? 60FPS all the time ?
I'm sorry I'm not going to believe that
Neither my desktop nor laptop can run it perfect without Frame Drops
Especially my laptop , the Framerate drops down to 45FPS frequently
I guess you can have 30FPS or less with latest Dolphin
Even core i7 @ 1.8GHz has no hope to run this game full speed ....Core 2 duo Nah

I think I have found the solution to my issue!

In the GALE01.ini configuration file, towards the bottom in the [Video_Settings] section, there's a line that says EFBScale = -1

I deleted it, and I was able to play a match with WAY less issues. I added it back and my frame issues returned.

Or it could just be placebo effect :x
