Super Smash Bros Melee Problem

Hi

English is not my native language, so if you see any mistake, please excuse me.

Ive been looking for a solution around this problem all day without finding anything, when I play SSBM a nasty "shadow bug" appears all over the ground (Im using the OpenGL plugin, 'cause Ive already read about the issues with the DX9 plugin). Im also had a screen flicker problem only when Dolphin its running (the problem its only in the emulation window, not the whole screen)

I appreciate any help, also if someone can tell me the best Dolphin settings for this game will be awesome!

I add two pics of the problem:

I only can select between the OpenGL plugin or the DX9 plugin... it doesn't even show up on the list, any place to download it or what do I have to do to be able to use this plugin?

Thanks for your reply
