Seems that the real problem is rather the fact that Dolphin (And PCSX2, since I've run into problems there too) are only capable of fully utilizing 2 cores (I guess 3 if I run the audio on a separate core). Basically, the majority of my computing power isn't able to be used by the program. Least, that's what I see in a nutshell.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. But seeing as I'm running a quad-core, I'm basically sitting around with 2 unused cores. (Virtual Cores aside).
