The "random" option when you choose characters has changed from white to blue, the gamecube Controllers that are shown are white instead of the standard color, the wii controller on the very first screen that pops up when you start brawl has changed from white to black With a hand holding it. But Things aren't exactly HD. Does this have something
Put the RSBP01 folder into textures, "not" the contents seperatley.
do do With the .png being lower-case or upper-case? On page twelve I saw someone that said it didn't work when the Pictures had upper-case .png and that it needed to be lower-case .png. Is it possible that this is the case here as well? all most all of the files are Upper-case .PNG so that would explain why i don't see any significant difference... Do you have any idea what might be wrong?yes the in game hud is also HD.
If those are not HD for you, then I'm not sure what else could be wrong. I hope you're using the current revision of dolphin.

I know this is a bit unlikely given the lack of activity in this thread, but any possibility of an update for PM3.5? There's a major influx of new costumes in the game on top of a complete overhaul of the menu style and font.

Some don't have high def renders, so i'll get as many as possible. Also if the textures aren't complicated, I'll try to vector some of the new menu fonts. 11-18-2014, 11:43 PM
I would be really pleased to see this Texture pack updated for PM 3.5
I don't know if it helps or anything, but there is interest in this from my side

Hey so this looks amazing, but a new version of project m was just release (3.5) I'm guessing this won't be compatible with this, or will just some of the textures be in HD.

Hey, created a account to say this. It does work, kinda? I had issues with it being the wrong game ID in dolphin, so I just renamed the files (used a program) to replace RSBEPM with RSBEC3 (what my Project M SSBB shows up as). So, it works. That's the good news. That being said, the "Fight" button under Versus is a bit wonky at the top, and some maps don't have HD textures when choosing (as in their icons and previews are still low quality. I'm not sure if this is because I had to do workarounds to make this work with me, or if it's because of the new Project M version, or whatever. I *think* it is the new project M (3.5 to be specific) version that is causing some of these issues. 12-09-2014, 12:22 PM

Hey, I don't know if you know this but RSBEC3 is the game ID for the Project M 3.5 Netplay Build. If you make an ISO of just the standard Full Set of Project M, then your game ID will be RSBEPM, as usual. I also don't know if using a HD texture pack could cause any desyncs over PM Netplay . And the errors you're having is probably due to the fact the texture pack hasn't been updated to 3.5 yet, so some of the new stages and alternative costumes for characters don't have textures. 12-15-2014, 09:05 PM
Hello guys, I'm new to installing textures to games so can someone please help me.
Here's what I've currently done: Downloaded NTSC-U version, it is the same as my iso Extracted the RSBE01 folder into \Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Load\Textures Checked Texture Cache slider is on fast Checked Load Custom Textures When I open the game it displays the black Wii controller so I'm sure it's loading the texture pack. However, when I enter the menu, the buttons are still very jagged, same as before I installed the texture pack, character models, maps everything was the same as before I installed the texture pack. I can't tell what the problem is?? One thing to note is that SSBB opens up in a small window (640x480 I think?) and textures look fine. But when I try to go full screen the textures are very jagged and low res (Dolphin resolution settings are at Auto). I'm using dolphin 4.0.2 and also tested it on 3.5-367 EDIT: NEVER MIND I FIXED IT (I changed Internal Resolution in Enhancements to Auto) 12-24-2014, 01:18 PM

Simply renaming the folder won't work because every file in that folder has the "RSBEPM" game ID. So your options are make a PM iso with the "RSBEPM" ID, or change every occurrence of "RSBEPM" in every file to "RSBEC3" (which is the game ID for netplay build of PM). |
