Super Smash Bros Brawl problem Dolphin

Sorry to re-open this thread, but im having problems with dolphin gecko with cloning characters.

whenever i try to create a new save when i load from gecko i get this error.

I created 1 GB sd card and put it in the right place but i get the error still. help please

and I also have insert sd card checked.
