Super smash bros. Brawl JAP D9 can't run?

I don't even know if this thread is in the correct Forum...

When I run Super smash bros. Brawl JAP D9.iso

my Dolphin SVN 5820 gives me this message before I enter the main menu:

"There must be a ticket for 00000001/00000002. Prolly your NAND dump is incomplete"

So, that means ?

is there any solution?

Currently dolphin only emulates the PAL version of Brawl.

Although I'm sure there will be a fix sooner or later.

I don't know if my iso is PAL version.
Now I'm trying to get USA D9 version, is it PAL?

No, USA is not PAL, it's NTSC.

And how do you not know what version your iso is unless you pirated it? Instead of ripping from a disk you own
