Super Smash Bros Brawl graphics stuttering?

Hi,i got the newest Revision and the Performance settings:

DX 9 + Enable EFB copy to Ram,Dual Core Enabled.
Sound Options Default.

Operating System : Windows 7 x64 4GB Ram
Graphics Card : Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT
Processor : Intel e5200 Overclocked at 3,63 GHZ Temp 38 C° non OC = 2,5ghz
Motherboard : Asus P5KPL-AM

Also try to desable audio trottle...this makes games go faster

To get a MORE speed boost, enable EFB copy to texture
WAY BETTER!!!! gives me 30 more fps!!!
