Super Paper Mario stuck on boot

Hi,
I'm new with dolphin emulator.
Gamecube games just work fine but when I try to run Super Paper Mario .wbfs the emulator blocks on the first screen "Put on and tighten the wrist wrap" and controls don't work.
Plus a banner with the Video info remain on the screen.

I tried on my android phone (mi10t) and on pc.

How I resolve this?

Do you have an emulated wiimote setup?
