I also had this problem since about 4400 revision and it still persists. Only way to remain gameplay is through a savestate.

If you bump a block to save game, it still gives that same error on any settings, revision, config... Maybe not high priority to devs, but would be interesting to know why it occurs on this game. In-game saving works just fine with dolphin on other games.
