Can't speak for the Mac, but running 1331 on Windows 10, the inputs worked perfectly fine for me. Using a PS3 controller with the controls mapped to it

Windows 11 Home x64
Intel Core i7-10700
Nvidia Rtx 2060 6GB
32.0 GB DDR4 RAM
