I just got the Nintendo Selects version of Super Paper Mario and I want to play it in Dolphin, but at a couple of points in the intro a couple of text bubbles started popping up out of nowhere, so I checked a youtube video and there's supposed to be a bunch of enemy sprites on the screen that aren't showing up! Is there a fix for this? Will this pose a problem when I actually play through the game?

This is a common issue with no fix at the moment (independent of what revision do you use). This occur when you have multiple enemies on screen, on door's trasition effects, when flipping from 2D to 3D and when using Luigi's super jump... (on Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door of GC you have similar issues)
