I have Super Paper Mario and it wont save so i made due by using states (under emulation) i stopped playing and when i came back the last state i saved causes the FPS to go to 0 and it freezes on the screen im currently on, but i can hear the level running

Yes, don't use save states, this feature on Dolphin never was stable enough to replace the built-in save function of the games, and simply jumping on a "S" block isn't too hard to do on Super Paper Mario...
