When I understanded you, I even have to set rgb mode on textures without alpha channel?
What do you  mean with black and white images? All textures are color... what is a grey image?

I don't really know what you're trying to ask.  Any texture that doesn't have color information, can and will be converted to greyscale mode by waifu2x.

I dont know how the pictures work. My question is: I have the dumped textures from dolphin in png format and they have got an alpha channel (transpartent). After waifu2x they arent transparent anymore. How to fix it?

I already told you but if you didn't understand me then you're going to need to do some research on Gimp, color modes, and image types.  All you need to do is use Gimp to change the mode (under color in the menu bar) of greyscale images from greyscale to rgb before the waifu2x 2x upscale, if you want to do another 2x upscale with the resulting image you will have to change that image's color mode from greyscale to rgb.

When using Bigheads Texture Tool, the Tool says that many Textures are corrupted. Do you upscaled ALL Textures from Sunshine or isnt that possible?

Finally I got it to work using waifu2x-caffe, not the custom texture tool from bighead.
Now the problem I have is, that all textures with an alpha channel arent transparent anymore. How do you upscaled transparent textures?

AFAIK the region-less game IDs also works for custom textures. TL;DR, in that case, having a single folder named G4Q is enough...

Guys I am so sorry to ask this questions, but I just dont work...
Some upscaled textures wont be showen in the game, but many others works like they should
