Well, here's the rundown...

Stats;
OS: Windows XP Pro x86 (Also note; tested on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 as well)
RAM: 3GBs
GFX: ATI Radeon X1200 series (256 MBs, reads as 700MBs)
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core at 2.3 GHz
Dolphin Ver: r4460 (Tested several though)

Description: During play, and even at the file select, the ground 'bulges' and causes many graphical errors. Have tried many different settings, nothing seems to affect it. I've searched around, and googled for hours seeing if *anyone* has had the same errors, with no luck. This game is supposed to be working perfectly, I'd like it that way if someone has an idea.

That's how I run all of my games, EFB to ram. I found it usually works better, but it doesn't solve the issue I'm having.

Edit: It also 'turns off' the slime essentially, which I know can cause problems in-game.

I have this error in OGL on my crappy school laptop (when I tested ages ago) but not on my PC in sig with same settings. I'm not sure what the specs of the laptop are. So apparently it cant' be fixed by settings (your only hope is Dx9)
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit
