Hello all. I've tried finding a solution to this problem, but I can't seem to get a straight answer, or the answers that people give aren't satisfactory. Anyways, when I play Super Mario Sunshine and enable EFB --> Texture the game runs better and looks better...but there is the well known goo problem. When I enable EFB --> RAM the goo problem goes away, but the graphics look like this (pulled this SS from someone else's post)
It's like there is an invisible line 2/3 of the way up the screen at which point everything gets extraordinarily blurry. When EFB --> Texture is set this does not occur, but as I said, the goo problem exists. People say this is because of the heat waves...but if thats the case then enabling EFB --> Textures shouldn't fix the problem. I experience the same thing in Twilight Princess if I don't turn EFB --> Texture on...but it only affects the upper left portion of the screen in TP. Does anyone know of a way to fix both the goo problem and this graphical problem simultaneously?
Also, the game runs better in OpenGL than in DirectX9...is that normal? Thanks for the help!
