Been playing super mario sunshine with the widescreen and 60 fps gecko code's, and the remove heat wave code

using hyrbid ubershaders and d3d. I've found that every few minutes, the game will suddenly die in framerate, and then immediately shoot back up to 60fps. and this happens very fast and is almost totally random. I can redo the exact same activity that seemed to cause it and it won't happen again

this doesn't seem to happen on the latest official build, but the latest dev builds have it. though id rather still use the latest dev builds because there are fewer other issues.

And then theres the audio. rarely, the music for a level won't play, or it gets stuck on the first note of whatever was supposed to play and kind of sound like its buzzing. its a rare issue though and mostly ignorable

What backend are you using and are you using HLE or LLE?

HLE

doesn't seem to happen with lle, though it hurts performance a bit
