Hi, after i saw an texture pack made with Waifu2x for SuperMario Sunshine, i had idea to do this with anothers games.

So, my first project it's with Super Mario strikers, some images are not good enough to pass by waifu2x filter and because this i edited manually some images for a better results.

I'm pretty sure that if you don't have a certain number of posts, you need to wait a while (I forget how long) before you can edit a post.

It's actually the other way around - if you don't have a certain number of posts, you can't edit posts anymore after a certain time has elapsed since the post was made. But I think moderators can give people full edit permissions on a case-by-case basis.

Ah, that makes sense.  Do you know if we'd need 100 posts to edit them, or a different number?

It's stated at the very end of the Global Forum Rules:

Quote:Additionally, to avoid spamming, users with less than 50 posts are restricted to a maximum of 25 posts per-day, and they may only edit posts made within the past 24 hours. These restrictions do not exist for users with 50 or more posts. Users with less than 10 posts have their signatures disabled.

I'm approving this thread for the Custom Texture Forum. The Waifu2x algorithm appears to add artistic detail in my opinion (that still image of Mario is impressive) and that's the kind of transformative stuff we're looking for.

EDIT - One thing, some of the fonts might need some manual touch-up work. The edges are kind of wobbly/round in spots. Just some advice.

The font generate by waifu2x is with some pixelated, so, this fonts is already edited manually.
I know how to draw some char of mario like Toad in vector Mod, but font is painful.

I very, very bad with fonts lol.

But i will try out (again).

Any news o your other projects? I took a look on your site and i really wanted some info on the Double Dash and TvC info, specially the first one, cause there is already one texture pack for that and its pretty amazing, interesting to see how does it compare.
