Does mario galaxy works with a real wii mote? my wii mote works fine with other games
I have my wiimote setup in Windows. I have the plugin set to Use real wiimote.
When I start Super Mario Galaxy I can hit the A+B buttons to start, but when I get to the selection for saving screen, You are asked to "Point at the screen with the wiimote".

Can't get any activity on this screen. Any Help?

Thanks

You've never played the game on the Wii. You need any source of IR (sensor bar, leds, etc.)

thanx for your reply, i found out how to to use my bar, never used it on a wii, i had to turn it on, but the thing is, i play house of the dead and another gun game with my pistol shit gun, the cross hire on my screen isn't stable, it jitters allot, im trying to figure out how to set it up so it stays smooth and stable, it works well but it doesn't help the accuracy when aiming and shooting.

Oh thanks, i messed around with the IR settings in the wii plugin and changed the option to sensor bar Top, then moved my bar up top, the pointer works so much better Smile

Besides positioning sensor bar, I found out this happens if you are too close to the sensor.

If you move away just 1 or 2 ft (half a meter) further, it will register movements just fine
