You may want to finish overclocking your CPU or get a better one (optimal: i5-4670K or i7-4770K).Are they always broken or do they work on older revisions? And also, do you know what version of Dolphin offers the best balance of speed and accuracy? I've been using 3.5 and I'm wondering if I should use a specific version.
Also, OpenMP (and I think also OpenCL) is broken. There´s no advantage with that.
Other thing you can do is select OGL and activate Vertex Streaming Hack. It gives a good boost in GeForce GPUs. (Forget this, the hack doesn´t work with AMD GPUs).
