Have you checked your md5 hash to see if you have a good dump?

That is not a known good dump, and another user has had issues with a dump that has the same hash: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/10569

i tried another image, a wbfs format. This is the checksum: c2c8d1ba7f3b046dae75fe1b83c2994c And i still have same issue

Well yeah. Trying random dumps you found online isn't going to help you much. They often are bad dumps.
