Ohh yea... Sorry my bad... I tend to forget to double check for such issues. Yeah... Forgetting to mention the word "not" creates an entirely different statement. My mind just wanders off somewhere in the distance while writing my posts.

It was already disabled.

So yeah, this problem still persists. Can't really find any solution to this. Sad

This PR add ubershaders https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/3163
windows download https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/pr-3163-dolphin-latest-x64.7z
If sutters still happen there is something weird going on. (expect graphics to not look right)

It's not the graphics that are the problem. It's the pre-rendered cutscenes that Super Mario Galaxy.

I just wanted to add that I have been playing SMG2 recently and I'm also experiencing slight audio stuttering here and there. During most regular gameplay on any stage I have played so far, there is little or now stuttering and graphics are very smooth. However, in the game start screen and sometimes when flying from planet to planet, the audio does some brief stuttering.

These are some of the things I'm going to try to check if anything helps:
Not using custom textures (I use a downsized version of the HD texture pack in the forums)
Using LLE audio (I think this will make it worse)
Vanilla version of dolphin (I'm using Ishiiruka)
Move game to SSD
Make sure custom textures are set to be preloaded (I'm pretty sure they are already)

I'll report back here if any of the above helps.

I just replayed some of SMG2, using custom textures, set to prefetch, 3x IR.  Game didn't stutter at all during game play.  Using the OpenGL backend. Currently using Dolphin 5.0-1331
Windows 11 Home x64
Intel Core i7-10700
Nvidia Rtx 2060 6GB

Thanks. There are too many variables that would prevent any useful comparison between your setup and mine. However, at a glance, my processor holds its own compared to yours, as far as dolphin is concerned (not much benefit beyond two cores). The main difference for us is then in the graphics card and video back-end. OpenGL, Vulcan and DX12 are all much worse than DX11 with my video card but I'll give it a go again with this particular game.

Yeah, this problem is still happening on my end. Cutscenes would stutter with the whole shader thing and they would be smooth later if I restart the cutscene. Pretty much any game I play with pre-rendered cutscenes would stutter when first run.
