Looks like just the upper-left corner is rendering at 1x. I think I've seen this issue before once, not sure what caused it.

At any rate, what happens when you use the latest development build? Upgrading Dolphin might help.

Make sure that Scaled EFB Copies is enabled. You should also try the latest development version like Shonumi suggests.

A lot of newcomers seem to run for the "stable" build of Dolphin instead of the dev one. They often create threads with issues that are fixed in the latest dev versions.

Dolphin 5.0 is almost a year and a half old now, and it has seen a ton of fixes during this period, including major ones like Ubershaders.
It should be made clearer that stable builds are by no means the best ones, perhaps by editing the disclaimer above the download links, or within the builds themselves I don’t know.

We actually swapped the order of the builds back in the 4.0 era. Dev builds were on top.

Swapped them back when 5.0 was released.

We should kill stable builds IMO.

Screw fixing regressions!!! Users don't care about things working right? Wink

Stable builds have their uses, like hunting down and fixing regressions and bugs, then we can work our way up from there.
But after a few months it gets pretty outdated and shouldn't really be used.
That's the problem, the ton of work that is put into those stable builds deserves more than just a few weeks of glory after release, except it is quickly outshined by the new features and fixes that comes into the latest dev builds.
