Super mario galaxy 1 et 2 glitches

Hi,

I have a big glitch on super mario galaxy 1 and 2, and wanted to know if I'm alone with this.



Mario have no eyes and colors are too bright.

I tried check/unchecked many option but nothing happen.
I think it's a driver problem, I have a huawei mate 20 pro so it's kirin 980 with a mali GPU, and I saw a video with an exynos and it was similar, but with a snapadragon, it seems that mario is normal.

Could you tell me if there is nothing to do, apart change phone ^^ (that I will not do for that of course).

It happens only on these 2 games.

Did you also test an official version of Dolphin? If you want help with the MMJ fork which you are using in that screenshot, you need to go to the thread that is for that fork specifically.

Oh yes I forgot to say that I tried with official dolphin, and it's similar.

Odd! You play with stock settings? Vulkan backend? It's working great on my side with the SHIELD TV (slow but accurate graphics)... Do you use the Play Store version or the latest one from Dolphin's website?

Stock settings for the official build yes. It's the latest one from dolphin's website.
I tried many things, vulkan too, but it's the same glitch.

The Shield TV has better graphics drivers than every phone that can run Dolphin, so it's not too odd that the issue would be happening for them but not you.

Not to sound harsh but that's just another case of Mali GPU with garbage drivers. If you already tried switching from OpenGL to Vulkan or vice-versa, there's little to nothing you can do other than hope for a firmware upgrade with better GPU drivers for your phone...

I hope with the android Q update that come soon on mate 20 pro, because with the last update with emui 9.1 which came 2 or 3 weeks ago, I see that vulkan works better now, so I think they upgrade gpu drivers. Before I had on vulkan many glitches on many games, like metroid. Now they are quite perfect, so maybe with next upgrade.

dont expect to much about android Q because dolphin run in black screen with android Q betas for google pixel phones
