i would like to find a 4:3 aspect ratio geko code for super mario bros 1 2 and 3 virtual console please help

You don't need a Gecko code to get 4:3 in these games. Just set Config > Wii > Aspect Ratio to 4:3.

Yeah this game is already native 4:3, you're most likely just stretching the image to 16:9. So as mentioned already, just changing the video output to 4:3 will fix this. If you don't want to change the setting there though you can also set this on a per game basis by editing the game ini file.

You can right click on the game, then click properties. Under the main "Game Config" tab, click the "Editor" tab. Under "User Config", click the dropdown that says Presets, go to Editor, and click "Open in External Editor". That should open a text editor, and you can paste this into and save:
