I had noticed when trying to play Netplay with someone that the game would be all bugged out and weird looking but when I play Solo it looks completely fine, Same for him too. So I was wondering if theres any fix to this or if its just a bug that can't be fixed.

Hope it can get a response, please and thank you

This is happening, it just has a really weird flickering glitch and only happens in Netplay. I even started a netplay by myself to take those screenshots and it still happens. I'm on the latest dolphin dev build too

That's one bizarre glitch.

Can you confirm that Texture Cache Accuracy is set to "Safe"? It's recommended on the wiki page of the game (I assume you're playing the 25th Anniversary Edition).
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Yeah it is set to safe, I also feel a bit of delay in Super Mario Bros 3. Only in netplay too

I don't thik it's worth putting on the wiki. Deterministic Dualcore is a really hacky mode for netplay only, and it's noted on the netplay popup that games may not work with dualcore mode.
