Take it that you use HLE? Tried LLE?
A game like this can't be that slow with LLE. 04-20-2011, 10:10 PM

I hereby quote a reply in another thread written by NaturalViolence:
"Basically you can sum up the difference between HLE and LLE as software emulation vs. hardware emulation. HLE is the concept of creating software that does the same thing (comes to the same result), this requires understanding what the software you are trying to emulate is doing. LLE is the concept of emulating the behavior of the actual chip, this requires understanding how the hardware works on a deep level. Perfect emulation would be entirely LLE and would require the use of the native bios." 04-21-2011, 01:15 AM
Audio is fixed with LLE now. The fixes weren't all that complicated just like the Donkey Kong audio fix. Fixing issues with LLE is generally less complicated than fixing issues with HLE audio and since LLE emulates the hardware accurately it has less audio issues than HLE. Audio with LLE is nearly perfect for the most part except a few issues one of which is performance issues.
