suggestion:the 1/2 button for the gamecube

in super mario sunshine when i try to use [color=#0000CD]splac3000+run [/color]in normal game(the gamecube, no emulator) i need to press 1/2 R button. With full button mario stops to run.
well in the dolphin there is not this, because [color=#0000CD]the pads on pc are different[/color], but a lot of pads have more button and we can use them for the 1/2function...

so my suggestion\request is:
Can you add the ''1/2 R button''and ''1/2 L button'' separately from the full button?

You must hold down the half-press toggle button and then hold down the key you wish to half press.
