suggestion: full sreen on monitor two?

Seems if I run a game and move the window to monitor two, it will remember the location next time. If I use full screen mode it wont remain on that monitor, it goes to the main monitor. The only way to get max screen is to maximize the window and its got that frame around it.

This may be controller via driver but I cant figure it out ( nvidia ).

FYI, I upgraded to 64bit and it seem the problem is non existent here. Its possible the nvida driver just had this issue on its 32 bit version. Will up ate the ticket with this info.
