Dolphin Bar at the moment works only with Dolphin. And there's no reason to install any bluetooth driver/stack, Dolphin Bar is completely PnP: switch to Mode 4, sync your wiimotes with the Dolphin Bar, open Dolphin, select Real Wiimotes and enable Continuous Scanning. DONE, boot your game and everything works...
