Subscribed thread emails not sending?

Hi, has anyone experienced a problem where subscribed thread emails don't arrive? I've checked my spam folder. Sometimes I get the emails much later and now not at all.. :/

Not sure what could be wrong. As a test, I've subscribed to this thread myself. We'll see what happens.

Thanks - I got the email to this thread - I think it's only happened a couple of times so seems to be intermittent. I'll see how it goes and report back if any more go awry..
