Stuttering still present with Asynchronous Ubershaders (AMD)

I'm having an issue with Dolphin 5.0-10922. I have a R5 2600 running at stock speeds paired with a RX 570 4GB (Adrenalin 19.9.2) and I'm having stutters in every game I have tested so far (specially when loading new areas), even with Ubershaders (Asynchronous) on.  I have to remark that the games, emulator and OS are all on the same SSD (Samsung 860 EVO 500 GB).

I have attached screenshots showing my current dolphin and Radeon settings. Any kind of help to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I tried to mess around with the Radeon settings and (ironically) turning on the "Radeon Anti-Lag" toggle under the Program graphics's profile solved the issue!! I hope this could help any AMD users out there.

1- What games? List them all.

2- The screenshots still haven´t loaded here, so I´ll tell you to make sure OpenGL is not selected as a video backend. AMD sucks at it for some reason.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

1.- Super Smash Bros Melee and Brawl, F-Gero GX, Mario Kart Wii, Resident Evil 4 (GC), Super Mario Sunshine.

2.- I'm currently using Vulkan, I also tried Direct3D 11/12 and the stutter still occur around the same areas. Aside from the hiccup, the games run at their normal speed all the time and when I uncap the frame rate I get 150-250 fps.

Maybe is this an SSD related issue?
