I am having consistent issues with stuttering. I have followed the threads related to CPU, Graphics and GPU's located here:

I simply got that out of the way, because occasionally you will get the "Well you are an idiot @$$hole N00B because this was answered on XXX Thread, Page 6,456 of the thread, the 67th post down on the page". I did try and do some research related to my issue, the problem being, as I also see posted on MANY MANY MANY threads by admins and veteran posters, in every circumstance, "you need to understand it varies a lot from one game to another, one operating system to another, one backend to another, and from one configuration of settings to another." So not a single thread or question asked before addresses my exact setup and configuration.
That said, I am trying to run both Zelda: Windwaker, and Metroid Prime on my Desktop. I am using Dolphon 4.0, and am running it on an AMD A8-6600K, Radeon 8670HD with 16GB of Corsair RAM. This is obviously not a top end Core i7, but fits WELL within the ranges of Much better than minimal requirements for running Dolphin well. And let's face it, It's a much more powerful config than the original GC that these games played flawlessly on. But no matter what I set it at, the sound stutters a bunch. I have tried DSP HLE, DSP LLE, and DSP LLE interpreter. It still stutters. I am obviously new to the scene, and simply want to be able to play a few original GC titles fullscreen without a bunch of hiccups. If any of the immensely talented and intelligent people on this board can help me do just that, I would appreciate it. I have seen some posts where you guys have really done a lot to help people get up and running. I will answer any questions asked about my setup to the best of my "basic familiarity with Dolphin" experience will allow.
What can I do to make the sound play fluidly without stuttering?
