Hello,

I do realize there is an existing thread that pertains to this, but it discusses when the monitor is that of an HDTV. I'm not sure how things apply to a regular PC monitor that has a refresh rate of 60 Hz, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure this one out.

Games like Xenoblade, Zelda: SS stutter when running on Auto or Audio throttle. When I look at the VPS, it gives me percentages of 98%-100%. If I take the frame limit off, I can go as high as 190%, and if I set it so I cap the frame rate at 30 fps (Limit by FPS checked), things remain stable at 100%. Does anyone have any ideas?

Try turning on accurate vbeam in the game properties. This sounds like the vps speed has a slight inaccuracy which is causing uneven frame distribution.

Didn't have any effect, it still ends up with a VPS of 58-59 and 98% speed.

I seem to have better results with just using audio throttle it'd seem... though it drops to 98% CPU at times, it makes up for it with 101-102% and seems to maintain sound sync, etc. YMMV?
