Stuck on "Clearing code cache"

Hi everyone! I'm using Dolphin rev7436 32-bit, it ran for a long time without problems, but now there's this weird bug: each time I try to start a game (no matter which one, I've tried with GC and Wii ones, about 5-5 titles, USA and EU mixed), it opens and gets stuck on a white screen with the text in the title bar "Clearing code cache". In the main window, the "Stop", "ScrShot" and "Fullscreen" options are greyed out, but the "Start" button is shown to be functional (as if it wouldn't detect the game is running already). GFX plugin is the DX9 one, though DX11 gave the same results. My specs were enough to run most GC games at 50+ FPS and Wii games at 30-40.

Can anyone help as to what can cause a problem like this. Also, where's this code cache? (I figure I could delete it in an attempt to solve the issue) Thanks in advance!

I figured as much (that's why I'm trying to delete the code cache file, since if it's corrupted, that could very well lead to this issue).

My specs:

Core2Duo E7200 @ 2,57 GhZ
2 GB DDR2 RAM
ATI Radeon HD3650 512MB with Catalyst 11.2
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

All DirectX and Visual Studio runtime packs are up-to-date.

Games are:
Tales of Symphonia 1 (US) and 2 (EU), Tales of Graces (JP), Zelda Wind Waker (EU) and Twilight Princess GC (US), Super Mario Sunshine (US), Paper Mario (US), Pokemon Colosseum (US) and XD (US), New Super Mario Bros Wii (US), Sonic Colours (EU) Unleashed (US) and 4 (US).
Never mind, problem solved after setting Audio from LLE recompiler to HLE
