Struggling to map DS4 for GC and Wii

Hi

Admittedly Im an amateur at this, but i struggling to get my PS4 controller to work on Dolphin.
I have it working on Open Emu fine but can't on Dolphin.

It's plugged in via USB (not connected wirelessly)

I'd really appreciate if someone can detail the exact steps as to what i need to do because I've followed various forums and reddits and it's just not happening

Can you take a screenshot of how you've configured it in Dolphin's controller settings so far? Also, which game are you trying to play?

So I'm trying to play Super Mario Bros Wii currently but also plan to play Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2
Ive added an attachment image to this post so you can see what i can see on Dolphin...its for the wiimote....can i actually use the DS4 for wiimote games like Galaxy?

Whenever i try to click on the Buttons field it defaults to Axis 33+ and if i press a button on the DS4 it does nothing
I read about changing the Extension drop down to "Classic" but that's not achieved anything
