Hello all. After fiddling for a while, I got Wii sports to run at 60fps! I use the Direct X plugin, set the frame limit to 60, lock threads to cores and EFB copy to texture.
In Tennis (the game my friends and I enjoy most) it runs at 60 fps for the first point, then drops to 20 or so after the first point.
This may or may not be a related issue, but I always thought that frameskip made games choppier but faster. When I enable frameskip to try and speed it up, it is less smooth, but remains in slow motion.
Also, this is my first game on dolphin, so I don't have a lot of experience to go on. Thanks so much for all your help.
EDIT: Sticking with it, it just seems like it speeds up and slows down almost at random. It will slow down for a time and then speed up again, then slow down again, and so on. Any ideas? Thanks again.
