already trashed my old venice 3200+ (it was damaged) but processor means money... i have other think to trash my money for...

Obviously, except you have a high clock, such as 4GHz (You will smell something burning though after a while lol)
You need a high clock cpu at least 5GHz (2.5GHz * 2) to get a decent speed on Dolphin.
You can't multiply clock speed by the number of cores you have. A 100 core cpu won't be faster than a single core cpu in single threaded applications, assuming uarch and clock speed is the same.
