You're using 32bit or 16bit? Dolphin is running on 32bit.
Check your OpenGL settings as well, change some options on there.
If still not fixed the problem, check your graphic card then.
Are the other games (on Dolphin) have the same problem?
PS: Check the stickies
now it's working..... still don't know why... however about the difference between il and not? (and is there a trick to make it faster? the games aren't playable with my configuration....)
