I have a dv9695 notebook PC 4 gig ram nvidia geforce 8400 gs dual core 2.4 I tried to load the game New Super Mario Bros. but it moves in slow motion.
I think the requirements to have them and then how come so slow?

You don't, that computer can't handle most games of these games if any really.

use stable version 3.0//// check all hacks..and EFB copies to RAM,slide texture to Fast
i am plyaing it in 60 fps with hacks and 35 fps without hacks

Change EFB copy to Texture.

No... I don't think you'll be able to play any game at full speed with it (except Bust-a-move 3000 lol). Your GPU is really weak, and juging by its age, your CPU sure is too.
