I've played a few games now with the Ishiiruka version and everything works normally, but there is one game that just straight up does not work. Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. It opens and looks normal, but it just doesn't respond to any inputs. The reason it's not really a problem is that I can just use the regular version of Dolphin (which is why I posted it in general discussion). I would just really like to know if anybody has any idea as to why, because I find it really strange.
