Strange lines issue

Hi, i am having a recurring issue with lots of games, i get great fps with 5.0 but i get these weird lines occuring on my games like this for example

Any ideas what i can do, ive turned texture cache to safe, this seems to help but only half the time. I also manually enabled vsync on my graphics card.
