Strange graphics issue on and after rev 4.0-1192

Video Driver: Mesa 10.1.0

When I use any rev after 1146 all of the games I've tried look like the attached images.

tev_fixes_new was a massive merge that changed a lot of things. The first thing I absolutely recommend is updating to the newest mesa build you possibly can.

If that fails, you'll have to go through the tev_fixes_new branch and find out which builds your graphics card/drivers are having a problem with.

Don't forget to also update your llvm version as radeonsi is based on llvm for code generation.
If this issue is still valid in mesa 10.2.*, the best way to ask is on #radeon@freenode. You likely have to provide an apitrace dump
