Strange Cubivore problem

I'm getting a strange issue with Cubivore, wherein the game is indented in the Dolphin window. Here's a screenshot of the problem:



The picture always seems to hover to the upper left and leaves a pretty large portion of the screen black. The problem remains when I move to full-screen, I've messed around with a bunch of settings but to no avail. I tried internal resolution, widescreen hack, the aspect ratio, resizing stuff, it seems to be a problem with the way the game is run. Does anyone know more about this issue?
