Guys, when playing Xenoblade or Skyward Sword, whether using the classic controller or Motion Plus, they will both eventually timeout due to inactivity after a while. I know this is normal to save battery life, but is there any way to alter a file or something to stop timeouts?

It is very difficult to reconnect the classic controller back to Xenoblade once it has timed out. I am using the Xbox 360 controller.

How do I reconnect it? This is my main question.
