I was wondering, it has been quite some time since the Vulkan backend was added to Dolphin, is there still no word as to a fix for it dropping frames entirely? I was involved in a discussion as per of the original PR for Vulkan and this was the only reason why I can't use the Vulkan backend right now. Stenzek said that he had a few theories as to why it was happening and that it may be something to do with the AMD driver or some such thing. I am not super versed in this stuff but I was hoping there was some kind of word on a possible solution tot he problem. AFAIK, this was not an isolated incident either as there were a few people with the same problem who chimed in as well. If this really is a bug in Vulkans display thingie or a bug in the AMD driver, have we reported it yet? If so, I would do it but I don't know enough to be taken seriously so one of you smart people would have to do it instead I think.

Thanks for any info guys! Keep up the great work!

Yeah, but a lot of us, like myself, don't have nVidia cards. Is there no one to report this bug to? Is there no way to work around it? It just makes me sad...  Huh

report it to your vendor.

There is nothing we can do about drivers not supporting exclusive fullscreen.
